ASSET¹ grew out of more than a decade of project work with clients like Red Bull — the operating system for companies with their own mobile asset pools (event equipment, promotional material, technical gear) and for venues like racetracks, stadiums and arenas. We're deliberately lean — but not alone. ASSET¹ and client solutions run in geo-redundant Azure data centres within the EU. Operational services are governed — where agreed — by a Service Level Agreement covering availability and response times. For projects and ASSET¹ SaaS we conclude a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR on request.
In every project we define key users together with the client: specially trained contacts inside the client's organisation who handle first-level support entirely in-house. We take over second- and third-level support as well as technical operations — with clearly defined response times under the SLA.
