Events are created and guest lists added in the GUEST¹ web portal. You can categorize your visitors according to their accreditation type and manage invitations, rejections and acceptances. GUEST¹ makes it easy for your visitors to check in themselves or to collect their accreditation in person. Time-consuming and personnel-intensive registration/check-in/accreditation has come to an end.

The event calendar can be shared with external people. No more PDFs, but always access to the current calendar.

Simple event check-in

Your visitors/participants will either receive an invitation in advance with the QR code to register for the event on site or check in with their smartphone on site using the event QR code.

Press, VIP, or artist/athlete accreditations that receive a wristband, guest package, starting number, or similar during their registration will be accredited efficiently by the event team at the info point using their invitation code or guest list.

With GUEST¹ messaging you can send your guests SMS or emails before, after or during the event, e.g. with announcements, photos or attached documents such as course confirmations or parking permits
